The City of Bellevue is seeking a Procurement & Contracts Administrator to provide support to our customer- and compliance-focused procurement team. You will perform complex procurement and contract administration for all of the City's projects with or anticipated to include state and/or federal funding, such as Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).  This is a senior level position and will assist in ensuring adherence with procurement and contracting policies, procedures and improvements with a strong emphasis on compliance with state and federal procurement regulations.  You will work closely with the customer department's project managers and staff, particularly within the Transportation Department.
