Working under the supervision of full time,  staff this position is responsible for answering phones and directing them to the appropriate staff. Work is routine in general office, entry level transactions. This includes registrations in person or over the phone, collecting fees, reviewing registrations for accuracy, copying, faxing, editing, and or data monitoring. May be required to monitor the cleanliness of front office and lobby. Provide customers with excellent customer service. Individuals must be mature, trustworthy, and able to work independently.

Schedule: 20 hours per week preferred hours are 11am - 2pm with some flexibility.
