The City of Bellevue Utilities Department is seeking a motivated professional to lead and manage the planning and implementation of the Department's Asset Management Program.  Using an industry-based Asset Management approach, the person in this role will help guide investments in rehabilitation, renewal, replacement, condition assessment, and operations and maintenance of the Utility's water, sewer, and stormwater assets.  You will establish objectives and goals of the program and provide guidance and recommendations to meet program deadlines and utility service goals. 

This role has no formal supervisory responsibilities, but will act as the program lead for both consultants and internal staff.  This position works closely with other Divisions throughout the Department, and the successful candidate will use matrix management to successfully implement the Asset Management program.
