Summary
The City of Bellevue is currently seeking an experienced and dependable Rock Climbing Instructor for the South Bellevue Community Center (SBCC) climbing wall programs.  SBCC instructors need to be mature, knowledgeable, skilled, motivated, and dynamic individuals that enjoy teaching rock climbing to primarily new and inexperienced youth and adult climbers.  Climbing wall programs include instructional classes, day camps, drop-in belay sessions, belay tests, and rental groups.  This position reports directly to the SBCC Program Coordinator.
The CRAG at South Bellevue Community Center is 33 feet tall and sculpted to look and feel like Index granite.  The wall offers three, top-rope climbing routes with varying degrees of difficulty and a bouldering wall.
Rock climbing, belay, and instructing experience required.
