Summary
The City of Bellevue is seeking an Outdoor Recreation Program Lead to help assist our Adventure Summer Camps for our Parks and Community Services TRACKS Outdoor Initiative.  TRACKS has been growing for over eight years into a well-developed and highly respected program offering backpacking, snowshoeing, mountain biking , hiking, stewardship, multi-day camps and a multitude of other outdoor recreation and education opportunities to Eastside residents including youth, teens, and families.
 
The Outdoor Program Lead, under the direction of staff, will assist with programs and aid in the facilitation of a wide variety of events and outings.  They will be required to instruct participants in outdoor skills including camping techniques, wilderness safety, and conservation.  They must be experienced working with diverse populations and age groups.  

Hours: up to 40+ hours per week over Summer
