The City of Bellevue Finance department is looking for a team oriented, self-motivated, detail-focused, and curious learner to provide complex financial analysis to support both the city's general economic forecasting and the  Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovations Act (TIFIA) loan which supports mobility projects in the BelRed area.  Under general direction, this position in conjunction with the other team members and department personnel, will support aspects of analysis, monitoring and reporting related to the City of Bellevue's federal Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovations Act (TIFIA) loan as well as perform general citywide economic forecasting.  Included in this work is support to the City's economist on economic analyses using regression modeling regarding the city's major revenue streams, and the quarterly review and update of the complex financial models which support the TIFIA loan, annual rating analysis, cash flow monitoring of disbursement and draws, and reporting as needed. This position will be multi-faceted and will require knowledge in senior-level budget analytics, economic and long-range forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and some grant compliance monitoring.
